Pricing is essential to certain items on the menu. The price of 19.99$ is more appealing then seeing 20 for the same thing.

High-class restaurants tend to have small menus with more focus directed toward alcoholic beverages.
Bold colors that you see in high end restaurants are subliminal for staying longer and ordering more drinks or dessert.
Your eyes use the same pattern when reading, in each menu there are specific hooks to lure you into specific items.
Do you tend to order the item that has a picture? That picture is crutially altered to perfection, which leads to a moneymaking item.
Look left, look right but don't look in the middle? Your eyes have a tendency to ignore the items in a menu that are in the middle.
Nachos at Chipotle or a Pizza sub at subway? The menu doesn't always display everything that can be created. blog.couponsherpa.com/secret-restaur…
