@TheTreeCorener This sort of looks like north of the Deep Creek Mtns? Nice junipers in that border area and they don't look in as poor condition as elsewhere in Nevada.
@TheTreeCorener It's essentially totally unrecognized that ecosystems besides tall-tree forests have "old growth" states, but they all do. And 500-year-old plants are nothing to sneeze at regardless of where they are found. BLM sees this as a wasteland.
