When you were raised in survival mode, you see the world differently. You have different traits and skills that other people might not like:
1. The ability to to accept change: change might have been a constant for you, so it's not as difficult to cope with or you might even welcome it.
@Theholisticpsyc Maybe. Maybe you become less adaptable. I appreciate the positiveness of the list but the pitfalls of survival mode are many.

@Theholisticpsyc @lucky_nwabuking it’s PTSD. Your heightened senses never turn off. Because of my alcoholic father I developed the ability to smell the air like a wolf. As I would walk into the house I would do so sampling the air to see if he was home & if he’d been drinking. No kid should grow up like that.
