You can't hold a trade for long or in other words you will not have conviction to hold that if that trade is provided by someone else , it's only your analysis and hardwork that can make this happen, easy to say hold your winners but actually that's the toughest job in trading.

First time I watched full video till end #f2f @elearnmarkets and seriously what an Excellent explaination by @vishalmehta29 , I don't know that strategy is good or bad because I need to test it first by my own , but the presentation with clear logical reasoning was very good .

Don't do adjustments today by buying OTM or thinking of shifting down the calls it's not going to work today , adjustment cost will take out your whole credit , this is for non directional trades .

I don't know what is exact progress I got in my trading journey , but one thing is sure now I hate red color MTM , now I don't hold on any trade just for hope that loss is going to recover, if uncomfortable holding it just close. And by doing this I can feel the change and calm.
