2/2 Una cosa es ser baratos... y otra cosa es que a mi salud mental no le sale rentable viajar con la compañía ni aunque me paguen por ello. 4 vuelos con ellos y 3 de ellos catastróficos.

Siempre pongo ejemplos de buen #diseñodeservicios... pero, hoy no. El premio a la peor compañia con la que me he cruzado nunca se lo lleva: WIZZAIR. Que descordinación, que faltas de respeto en cuanto a horarios, que gente más antipática y que 0 en todo.
