"Cars passed all day without slowing down. On the edge of the road, a 93-year-old veteran sat in a wheelchair beside a worn-out tent while traffic moved on like he wasn't there. His name is Harold Bennett. He wears his old service cap every day because it's the last piece of pride he feels he still owns. He lost both legs years ago after medical problems connected to injuries from his time in uniform. For 12 years he's been living beside that busy street, watching people hurry past without making eye contact. At a red light, a biker named Travis Cole noticed him. He saw the empty pant legs, the thin blanket, and the look in Harold's eyes that said he'd stopped expecting anyone to stop. When the light turned green, Travis didn't move. He pulled over, shut off his engine, and walked straight toward the tent. He didn't stand over him. He lowered himself to the pavement so they were face to face. "Sir, you shouldn't be out here like this." Harold gave a tired half smile. "I've been out here a long time. People just walk past me." "Not today," Travis said. "I'm not going to be another one who looks away." Harold shook his head slowly. "I used to take care of people. Now I can't even take care of myself." "Then let me take care of you," Travis answered. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep. He made calls. Within 45 minutes, a few members of his riding group arrived with a truck. They packed up the tent, folded the worn blanket, and lifted Harold's wheelchair carefully into the back. They didn't take him to a crowded shelter. They arranged a private room at a nearby veterans lodge and covered the cost for 18 months. That night, Harold slept in a clean bed with heat and running water, not because a program stepped in, but because one stranger decided the story wouldn't end on that roadside.

It's Monday July 13th I'm thankful for the Lord's blessings. Can I get an Amen 🙇🏽‍♀️ Ask yourself, am I moving the discourse in a positive direction? Just because you're allowed to say something doesn't mean you should. Think before you post. Have a blessed Magnificent Monday 🙇🏽‍♀️🇺🇸

A college economics professor stated that he had once failed an entire class. That class insisted that socialism is functional and that no one should be poor and no one rich, that everyone is equal... The teacher told them, "OK, we will do an experiment on socialism in this group. All grades will be averaged, and everyone will get the same grade, so no one will fail and no one will get a 10." After the first test, the grades were added up and divided by the number of students, and everyone got an 8. The students who studied intensively were upset, but those who studied less were overjoyed. As the second test approached, the students who had studied a little learned even less, and those who had studied more intensively told themselves that they also wanted a "handout", so they also studied less. The average of the second test was 6. When the third test was given, the average score was 4. To the great surprise of all the students, they all failed. The teacher told them that socialism will eventually fail because when half the population sees that they cannot work, because the other half will take care of them, and when the half that worked realizes that there is no point in working anymore, because others are the beneficiaries of their labor, then that is the end of any nation The story may be a fable not a fact but the moral is real Get it?

Imagine losing everything you had in a day. That’s the reality for 18,000 people in Venezuela. Hear from families who received emergency shelter and other essential supplies from Samaritan's Purse as they recover from twin earthquakes that destroyed their homes…

This was tilmed yesterday at the community adoption event in San Diego, California. The dog is Duke, a 10-year-old German Shepherd being showcased for adoption. The veteran is Tech Sergeant James Parker, 39, Air Force, walking through the parking lot heading into the store. Duke served with James in Afghanistan from 2011-2013. When Duke retired from military service two years ago, James couldn't adopt him immediately-rental restrictions. Duke went into the adoption system. James had been searching for months through databases. Yesterday, James was at the pet store buying supplies. Had no idea there was an adoption event happening. Duke was sitting with volunteers at the outdoor table. Watch what happened. James walks through the parking lot. Duke's head snaps up. Sees James. Goes completely rigid. Staring. Then breaks into a full sprint. Rips the leash from the volunteer's hand. Runs straight across the parking lot. Launches into James's chest. Both crash to the ground. Duke frantically checking James's face with his nose. Whining. Tail going insane. James wrapping both arms around Duke. Sobbing. "I've been looking everywhere for you. Everywhere." Volunteer told us: "Duke saw James and just took off. The recognition was instant. l've never seen anything like it." James adopted Duke immediately. Took him home yesterday. Ten years after serving together. Found by complete chance in a parking lot. James told us: "I searched every database for months. Never expected to find him at a random pet store. But Duke found me." Sometimes the reunion you're desperately searching for happens when you're just buying dog food.

Another abandoned puppy being passed around by severe drug addicts on Skid Row. Our rescue can not possibly keep taking every dog. Please share this so we can find other rescues to help take in these dogs.

Remember when a Tim Walz appointee, Vance Boelter, was arrested in the murder of Melissa Hortman…. and her dog. She was the only Minnesota lawmaker trying to expose the Minnesota FRAUD. Are we about to find out just how corrupt Tim Walz really is?
