In case you haven't seen this yet. Traditional cheesemaking and other artisan food production is under real threat in Scotland. We need legal objectivity to push back against bad science, administrative overreach and indifferent politicians. bit.ly/2GLHsBC

And @DunsyreBlues, like @ErringtonCheese before them, are finding transparency going ⬇️ while lawyers bills (paid for by public purse) going ⬆️. Strange for them to clam up, as it wasn't so long ago SLC and FSS wanted everyone to know how dangerous the cheese was.

Don't know yet what @DunsyreBlues film will say but do know that anyone looking deeper into the @ErringtonCheese case so far (including courts and world experts in microbiology) thinks there's something seriously whiffy here – and it's not the cheese.
