@UKinIndia Is there any update on e-visa being allowed for UK nationals? I'm looking to transit through India in march and need to know if I have to change my flights.

@plusnethelp Hi, can you help. My speeds have dropped from 60ish+ down to sub 10mbps recently for the last few weeks.

@BTCare sorry but im far past that point. It's not worth the hassle anymore. 17-20Mbps is what i get and its enough. Just not what I pay for, so I will be moving to a different provider when my contract is up.

@BTCare I personally don't think there is an issue with my line or cabinet but the fault lies in the stated lowest assured speed i was given when starting my contract. Yes i can get 30+ Mbps but it definitely doesn't stay at that and is no were near at peak times.

@BTCare No, i did get transferred over to the faults team and they were great but 3 engineer visits with them (had previous ones before getting moved to them) got a lift and shift, card switch etc and each time it gets fixed for about 4 days to a week then starts dropping again.

@bt_uk is a joke, don't think I have ever sustained their "lowest assured speed" and after every job in the engineers handbook done and countless engineer visits I still get more than 10Mbps slower than my LAS. speedtest.net/result/7032384… #speedtest
