@bookingcom @qatarairways Cancelled my Bucharest-Sydney flight in May on medical grounds. Booking.com confirmed a $1,084.65 refund in writing on May 28. Months of endless stalling later, they now claim $0 refund. Written promises mean nothing to you? Fix this now.
