TimeOut V2.6.8.51 update, added the ability to start TimeOut software with the '-client' command to load up in a full working client mode

Tested TimeOut SQL auto installer,this will fully install @SQLServer 2008 r2 with no interaction from the user (only for TimeOut) works Cool
