From the first Peanuts strip. Charlie Brown walks past Shermy and Patty, who express their hatred for him after he passes. This is one of the inspirations for my book Neighbors. Instead of Charlie Brown, the main character is named Chase Russet. Lots of Peanuts references.

Found out The Pillows broke up earlier in the year. They were one of those bands I listened to so much that I needed a break. Enjoying them again now. I was lucky enough to see them in 2006 in Chicago. Of course, being me, I snagged the setlist!
