In regular mutual Funds, investor has to pay nearly 20% charges in 10 years. Mostly commissions and AMC charges. In some Direct plans also 10%. @SEBI_India should cap TERs in equity and hybrid MFs to 0.5% @Nithin0dha sir pls look into @ActusDei @iRadhikaGupta @moneycontrolcom

Govt should reduce stamp duty, registration charges on home buying. GST should not be levied on home buying. Govt should also ban cash transactions and black money transactions in real estate. Cash transactions above 500 should be banned in the country @narendramodi

You think you pay 1.5% as expense ratio. It's not. If your returns are say 10%, you actually end up paying 15% of returns (1.5/10) towards expenses. Not a small sum.
