Big thanks to @birdBiomech for providing a MATLAB framework. And for anyone interested in the data you're looking at someone forcing their shoulder rotation while running (top) and corresponding muscle activity (EMG) from 3 separate muscles in the left (red) and right (blue) leg.

@aznfusion Very interesting paper! I work with cane toads, they're ~1000x's larger than pumpkin toadlets and even some of them are pretty bad at sticking the landing and crash 20% of the time while other individuals landing perfectly every time. Look forward to reading more of your work!
