Startups must master the “hustler” phase: Momentum. Speed. Obsession. Vision. Aggression. Grit. Perseverance. To grow you must get beyond the chaos of the hustler phase as quickly as possible and into professional management. But without losing the hustler’s spirit.

@TomBilyeu Step 1. Do things that don't scale to gain momentum, product-market fit, ideally some cash flow. Step 2. Find something that works and triple down on it. If your content on 1 platform is working, focus on it until you have a profitable marketing channel. Step 3. Hire carefully.
