so finally @BritishGas I speak to a UK agent called Martin who answered and solved my issue in 5 mins. A lesson for you, get trained staff and teach them your products. So sad you have deteriorated into such poor customer service.
I have spent 2 days trying to get an issue dealt with @BritishGas and been unable to talk to any of their staff who understand the Economy 7 tariff and how it works. I have spoken to 6 individuals in South Africa and none of them can help, they all claim to be experts, alas not
so @bookingcom it has been 3 days since our guests checked out and I have still not been paid for their stay. I raised a complaint 2 days ago and still not had a reply. In speaking with your agents it is clear they have no interest in resolving this while I am unpaid!
have you noticed how @bookingcom use the word 'Partner', well if that is the case why cant they work 'with their Partners', instead of treating them like second class citizens, appalling customer service guys!
So how long do you need to wait for support @quidco , posted an online chat with them 5 hours ago now....is this an avoidance strategy?.
We have to think about the impact on those for whom hope is beginning to give way to despair. Of course we have to keep fighting, and London’s figures right now are scary, but it’s easy for those with safe jobs, families, gardens to say lock down is right. It’s harder for others.

Well I always stand by my recommendations and have just bought these bad boys from Alex and Kerry @keswickbootco. Many of our guests have done the same and like them I am so pleased at the quality, fit and comfort. You also can’t go wrong with @keswickbootco.

#Coinbase why cant I get a response to my support requests?.
How can #Easyjet not offer a full refund on a flight that is specifically advised against by the FCO in the UK and to a country in lockdown i.e. Cyprus. Surely this goes against Governments advice in both countries?
#easyjet who regulates your flight only deals, seems they may need alerting to your lack of support at these difficult times.
#easyjet as Cyprus are not allowing tourists till at least after 30th April, my flight is 27th April, so ho who I get a refund?. Thanks
