I draw this from experience from one of the most successful female CEOs that I have come to admire, Indra Nooyi the former CEO @PepsiCo in one of her stories she says you have to leave the crown in the garage. I found this very powerful #AskEcobankMD
As a parent, that while I am an MD at work, I am a mother at home and my success measures, responsibilities are totally different. My family gives me the emotional stability, grounding and a sense of purpose that I value more than anything in this world. #AskEcobankMD
But more importantly for any woman to succeed as an MD, they need to succeed at home. #AskEcobankMD
