I could be so much further along in my post career life but I made a decision to put my family first. If I can’t be as present as I should be as a father, the answer is NO! It’s made decisions easier over the last couple of years.
@TorreySmithWR Much respect to you. You're definitely where you are supposed to be.
@TorreySmithWR You can’t re-raise your kids or get this time back. The men & women they become is far more important and will pay dividends in terms of happiness & legacy. You’ll know when it’s right to refocus on career.
@TorreySmithWR Then you are going far. People got to pay attention to what really matters. Shoot money ain’t real anyway go ask these banks
@TorreySmithWR You’ll never regret that choice!
@TorreySmithWR Being rich doesn't equate to money. As long as you have enough to support your family how much do you need if you have the wealth of health, a family you love and can be proud of, a safe home, love of family & friends, and a job you don't dread going to? Important things!
@TorreySmithWR It's no coincidence that biographies and documentaries about "great men" have a common theme: they're usually pretty selfish, terrible husbands / fathers. Choosing your family first is a choice but it's a noble one. It's the the best investment a man can make.
@TorreySmithWR That's a great decision to make if you can afford it, most of us live paycheck to paycheck and being present is a direct correlation to the amount of income we have. Hopefully u realize you were given a blessing that's allowed you to enjoy your family, most of us can't relate...
