Hello everyone! I created a YouTube video to highlight how VR can be used to gamify exercises and make fitness fun! I'd very much appreciate it if you could check it out and consider sharing the video if you enjoyed it! #core #abs #vrfitness #gaming youtu.be/B5Jr8cRmKHA

A great way to safely & functionally train the shoulders is Scaption Elevations.(Scaption=lifting the arms from the sides with a slight forward alignment) This position aligns well with the normal anatomy of the shoulder joint, reducing any chance of shoulder impingement or pain!

Avoid this type of Upright Row! At the top of the movement (when the elbows are higher than the wrists) the shoulder is placed into a compromised position. Frequent use of this exercise can cause shoulder impingement and lead to rotator cuff issues down the road.

I also plan to provide references to scientific articles to further validate my points. I am likely going to make posts related to whatever random exercise stuff I have been researching lately, but if there is anything you would like to see just let me know in the comments below!

Hey everyone! Thanks for following my page! I am going to try to start posting exercise science tips here every few days. My plan is to keep these tips simple and concise, so that they are easy to understand.

As well, I hope to post updates about something REALLY exciting...Virtual Reality Kinesiology! I'd greatly appreciate a follow if you are intrigued and want to learn more! 👌👌👌 #VR #VRfitness #Fitness #Kinesiology #Nerd
