The Planetary Transfer Calculator has detailed planetary surfaces, complete with mountains such as Olympus Mons, the highest mountain in the Solar System. Asteroids and comets have detailed 3D models.
A ballistic transfer between Earth and Mars. It takes about seven months to get between the two planets, and a rocket needs to get six kilometers per second of speed to get from Earth orbit to Mars orbit.
Accelerating to relativistic speeds tends to make ships look squashed! Lorentzian length contraction makes objects look compressed as they approach the speed of light.
Ships now have detailed 3D meshes for their surfaces! The model below is taken from the Apollo missions.
