@Tracy_Wen_Liu I knew some families claiming fraud asylum, they do support democracy but they didn't had persecution or any fear of returning to China. They just have no way to immigrant to other countries that’s why they are just trying to game the asylum system.

If so, you’d know genuine cases mean constant monitoring, voided passports, jail time, or being banned from exiting the country altogether. So spare me the ‘how do you know…’ routine—it’s obvious you’ve never dealt with that reality.

I know many of them need to find a job even after 80 years old to support their own living expenses, I know a senior lady who is 80 fell many times and get hurt really bad because needed to go to work.

@michgal_uk @USCIS @DHSgov Actually, 99.9% of claims are fraudulent. Genuine merit cases are too hard to flee their home countries with, so people with real claims are usually rare among those who make it to the U.S.

As long as they didn’t forge documents, they face almost no real consequences. They simply make up a fake story or wildly exaggerate minor or frivolous things to try to get approved.

When someone calls others a “sophisticated egoist,” they’re usually the one exploiting or taking advantage of them. Then, when the person being used pushes back, the accuser flips it around, labels them the sophisticated egoist—when in reality, the accuser is the real one.
