@nathanhirst1986 @POAnatchair @POAUnion I've been saying for years bring back in house recruitment and interviews/familiarisation days. Too many naive youngsters joining

@KingNigeAli @POAUnion @DominicRaab Sad to read you don't feel supported by CMs. I give my upmost to my staff. They're welfare is the first thing I check on during morning briefings and the last thing I check on before end of shift.

@dfds_uk hi guys. I'm trying to book from Dover to Calais for next year. (End of May 2023) and there are no ferry crossings showing at all. When do these dates come out?

@KugaCop When I was in we drove Pug 306s and had LDV Cubs as our caged vans. Shocking vehicles

@EE I think it's my phone that's the issue. I've tried the sim in a different handset and it works.

@EE good morning. My phone is not connecting to the network. I've taken sim out and put back in. Done a reset and checked for updates. Unless I'm connected to WiFi the phone won't work. Please help.

@singlespeedboy1 @POAUnion The fitness test is basic. It's not hard. If people can't pass it they should be restricted duties until they can. 5.4 on the bleep test is a fast walk.

@POAUnion Fitness standards need improving and increasing. 5.4 on the bleep test is nothing more than a fast walk for less than 4 minutes. We also need to introduce an interview for new Band 3s joining as some of the rubbish coming through at the moment is appalling.

@POAUnion Why? This is a poor decision. I want to know that staff are responding as quick as possible if I've hit my personal alarm.

@POAnatchair @POAUnion I'd rather sort out the retention issues than retirement. Can't be many in the service at that age on the landings anyway. Or introduce an interview for Band 3 officers before they join so it weeds out some of the rubbish coming through
