@theneedledrop Brockhampton losing Ameer isn’t that bad, the band has moved on fairly well and their artist approach has varied to a great extent! Andre would have just had the same flow on each song and rap about the same lyrics “I’m on drugs, I sell drugs, people hate me cos I’m black” etc

@theneedledrop Control is the best biopic of a musician, the fact that it shows Ian Curtis as a truly depressed soul yet also a bad husband/father makes it the most real depiction of a famous musician in film

@theneedledrop Ameer vanns departure from Brockhampton isn’t as bad as some make out, whilst he was very important to the groups image and creative output; lyrically he recycled the same themes (drug dealing, racism etc) and he delivered all his verses with same flow! Least diverse of them all

@theneedledrop Load and Reload are actually good albums! If they were made by another band, a side project or even if they were debut albums they would have much more respect as apposed to the hate Metallica receive for them

@theneedledrop Load and Reload are actually really good albums, they are just hated because they are Metallica’s least thrashy albums. If the were released as a side project or they were another bands debut they would get some good praise
