Every time the media, the IMF, government, big index funds (😷... Blackrock), try to discredit @elonmusk and push down the value of Tesla (lending to short sellers, or lies) diluting Elon's power and control in the company.... the individual investors keep the stock propped up

I did a 12km jog/walk on Sunday, 800m repeats on Tuesday & time to hit the hills tonight. Progressing ok but MS bad the day after runs
Finished the #C25k program ~1 month ago now, can’t believe in just 4 more wks I ran 6km more after taking 9 weeks to struggle up to 5k.
Just finished another 11km light jog in crazy windy conditions. Felt like -12C with the wind chill.
Did an 11km jog yesterday with a few hill repeats. Lost 25lbs so far! :D
Did my workout - Drills for ~3km then 5x800m repeats. Had my foot drag a few times from MS but enjoying running while I still can
Did 5 sets of 800m @ increasing paces last night. Felt good even if my paces ranged from insanely slow to slow. Happy 2B able 2 run 4 now
Completed the #C25K program. Started a 1/2 marathon program for May 1st yesterday. Wish me luck! :D

Wow, tried my to slow way down for my run to zone 2 doing intervals of run 400m/walk 45s. I'm going to have to run less to stay in zone 2
