The Supreme Court said only Congress can disqualify an insurrectionist. Ok. But what if I told you Congress has already found, BY MAJORITIES IN BOTH HOUSES, that Trump "incited an insurrection." Because it's true.
@TristanSnell Tristan pretending not to understand what legislation is...
@TristanSnell We would say it requires 2/3 in the Senate just so that political prosecutions by either party do not happen. Just like they are trying to do now. But don't let facts muddy your propaganda. You are really a vile human being.
@TristanSnell If Trump was impeached for insurrection in 2021, does that mean he is already found to be an insurrectionist?
@TristanSnell Awww…poor little Tristan…brain hurting today? Need a little nappy-poo since you’re having such a bad day?
@TristanSnell He was never convicted in the Senate. Cry harder, fascist.
@TristanSnell What if I told you that means the real Insurrectionists are going to face the judicial process soon? Hope so 2020 was brutal even internationally.
@TristanSnell What if I told you he’s never once been criminally charged with Insurrection and therefore can’t be an insurrectionist? Because it’s true
@TristanSnell Ok. So. Impeachment. How does it work. The house brings impeachment and if they find they can bring charges they do. Then it goes to the senate for a something akin to the trial part. The senate either convicts or doesn’t They didn’t.
