2 orders in last week and one make up order to go in today. Keep them coming in people #teamTrueHealth
A total 13 lbs has been lost since I started the Clean 9. Another order going in this week so let us know if you would like anything?
It's been a long time since we were last on here but it's all going very well. Happy customers all round with some great products
1 month after the Clean 9 and total weight loss is now 12 lbs. Seriously has changed my way of thinking towards food #keepingitup
Enjoying the athletics after a week that included another launch night and more orders #goingstrong
Busy day ahead with a launch night to finish. Who else wants a launch night at their house?
Another sunny day so don't forget the sunscreen. The Forever Sunscreen & Spray has Aloe Vera in it which acts as a natural soother too
Also to add it's now 3 weeks since I started the Clean 9. 12 days since completing it and I'm still losing weight and feeling energised
Great start to August. Deliveries, meeting new clients and potential team members. Also launch night planned so message if interested
First delivery of August has arrived

Lovely little mini launch in St.Dogmaels earlier. Nice start to what looks like a productive August for True Health Forever
Glorious weekend ahead. Don't forget your suncream
All set for another pamper night. Plenty of products to try for FREE. Remember you can have your very own Free Pamper Night just message us
It's all over!! So pleased to say that I have completed the Clean 9 and that I lost 7 lbs. This is just the beginning
Day 8: Today was probably the toughest of all but the end is in sight. The results tomorrow will be worth it #teamTrueHealth
Day 7: being home on a Sunday surrounded by food and not having normal structure would normally have meant plenty of snacks. Not any more :)
Day 6: weigh day today and in just 6 days I have lost 6 lbs and I feel great. So happy with how it's gone. Can't wait to see results on day9
