@Danyul_W My mum got t-boned here when I was 8. There is a reason why it’s bad Feng Shui to live in a house at the end of a road like this for sure.

It's not every day you get mentioned in the State of the City address. Thank you to @AmarjeetSohiYEG for highlighting the Canadian Critical Drug Initiative and the project's recent $80.5M support from the federal government. Learn more about the CCDI: bit.ly/3JQFzTy

🧵 Great news! 🥳 #YEG bus ridership has officially reached 100% of 2019 pre-pandemic levels in January, making @takeETSalert one of the 1st large transit systems to reach this milestone. Throughout the 1st month of 2023, ridership averaged approximately 1.2M rides per week. 👏🏽

The noise reduction between these two clips is a big sell alone.

Following weeks of combing over the 2023–2026 Operating, Capital, Utility, and Carbon Budgets, and hearing from more than 200 speakers at public hearing, I want to share my thoughts and vision for the next four years. More on my blog ⬇️ #YEG #YEGcc medium.com/mayorsohi/my-p…

I love this city, and I know that we can help #YEGDT reach its full potential through collaborative efforts. Home is where the heart is, and together, we can build an Edmonton for all of us. ❤️ See you downtown! #YEG #YEGcc

We can build an Edmonton for the future NOW! A city-wide bike network will: Lower our GHG emissions, provide a safe and accessible way for everyone (from youth to seniors) to get around, and connect the entire city for half the cost of one highway interchange. #YEG #YEGcc

The most sickening part of that video is after they yell at Freeland and get escorted, they are giddy that they *got her* We have to stop framing politics as a sport where one side wins and the other gets owned. That type of thinking doesn’t create community, it makes vigilantes

We know funding social support is the long-term solution. We know it. Edmonton has just two of these teams, but we will soon see 5 more come online after Council voted to fund and expand the program in March. If you need a boost of hope, watch this video.
