It's quite something when a government appears to celebrate tearing apart the families of international care workers. Only investment in services will deliver for patients, not anti-migrant politics.
From today, care workers entering the UK on Health and Care Worker visas can no longer bring dependants. This is part of our plan to deliver the biggest ever cut in migration.
