We're in the thick of Manayunk Restaurant Week and it's been BUSY here on Main Street. Our Restaurant Week menu item is a 6-scoop ice cream flight for $15. If you've every wanted to eat *a little bit of everything* at our shop, this is a good time to stop by!
To enjoy this weather to its fullest, we have a STACKED deck of specialty sundaes on offer. The most recent addition is the Blueberry Buckler Sundae, which features a blueberry muffin baked by My Sweet Gluttony and a drizzle of pure honey.
It's a beautiful day out there, and that makes it even more difficult to announce that we will be closed today, Friday August 22nd. One of our neighbors has suffered a water main break and the utilities have been shut down for all of the properties on our side of the block.
Peanut butter lovers, your time is NOW. The G.W. Carver sundae is back this weekend, and boy does it stick to a theme.
Most of tonight's Stroll After Hours festivities have been cancelled due to the weather. Here at Tubby, however, we're still selling Cookie Sandwiches with a brand new type of cookie: Chocolate White Chocolate Chip!
Today, you can find us in Center City at the Ice Cream Festival on Filbert at Reading Terminal Market! From noon to 5pm we'll be serving up freshly-baked Mini Ice Cream Hoagies on Filbert Street.
Tonight is the kick off of Stroll After Hours, a bigger, bolder Main Street experience on Thursdays in July! To start it off, we're working with classic chocolate chip cookies baked by My Sweet Gluttony.
In case you were wondering: we are operating on our standard Monday schedule during Memorial Day! Come stop by, order a flight, and play an extremely patriotic game of Contra.
Manayunk is currently alive with the sound of music, and it's all thanks to Sing Us Home! We're bringing back some fan favorites: The Sing Us Home Sundae Experience AND Fried Ice Cream
Today is the StrEAT Festival in Manayunk, and we're celebrating by offering a brand new menu item! The Classic Ice Cream Sandwich is a hearty take on the frozen treats we all grew up with, baked and assembled from scratch by our friends at My Sweet Gluttony.
We're closed today for Easter, but we'll be back on Monday when our normal hours resume!
Believe it or not, today marks Tubby Robot's EIGHTH anniversary. We're serving fresh Ice Cream Hoagies all day, with co-owners Chris and Steve both serving them up personally all night. It's forecast to be an incredible day, so stop by and join in the fun!
February has a LOT of things going on, but one that we're particularly fond of is Girl Scout Cookie season. That's why we're serving our fan favorite Cookie Season sundae again, and *that's why* you should come down and eat it.
This afternoon is your last chance to pick up game day pints! We'll be closing at 5pm today so our staff can cheer on the birds.
We're prepped to cheer the birds along the road to victory this weekend, and you can join in with the one and only Super Cookie Bowl. Don't worry! The bowls we're selling aren't anywhere near this big.
Declare your victory over the snow today with either a) A delicious from-scratch Hot Chocolate or b) An ice cream sundae as big as your head. Both are valid choices, and you earned them by either a) shoveling or b) delegating
The shop will be closed until January 2nd so our staff can enjoy the holidays with their families. Have a wonderful holiday season, everyone!
Just in time for the holidays, we're now serving our super-seasonal Peppermint White Chocolate ice cream! Please note that our final day of business this year will be Monday, 12/23. We'll be closed until Thursday, 1/2 so you only have a few days to load up on pints before 2025!
We hate to have to share this news on a beautiful sunny day, but we are having an issue with our electric service and can't open until it's been rectified. As soon as we have a timeline for reopening we'll let you all know!
