@Plutus_Support Hi, I am thinking about getting Curve Black. It costs 9.99€ per month or 100/year. Do I need to paye the subscription monthly in order to get the perks ? Or are the perks given already just when paying with Plutus via Curve.

@Plutus_Support Hi, I shopped at a Edeka supermarket in Germany with my card but the store wasn't recognized as Edeka in my transactions. Perk was not recognized.

@TeamYouTube Hello Youtube! I could need some help. Is it possible to reach you per DM?

@TeamYouTube This was already clear, thanks. Jon is the owner of the channel. He used his email. The feedback is that it's not the right one but he doesn't know who could have filed a claim in name of his channel (i.e. which email adress to use). Help would be appreciated. We are lost.

@TeamYouTube Hi YouTube. Jon did follow the steps and sent an email to retract the claim. He used the email address linked to his channel. But the reply indicates "The email address that you have provided does not match the email address that submitted the original copyright complaint."

@TeamYouTube Well let's try this. As all 3 videos are "claimed" by Jon's channel, is it ok if he sends out just one email with the 3 links? @Jon4Lakers I just sent you an email with the links to the videos.

@TeamYouTube That's where the problem is. It turns out Jon (@Jon4Lakers) did not claim anything so he cannot retract any claim. My videos were up since 2010. The channel was terminated a year ago. Since that I fight to prove that I did nothing wrong. I am stuck in automatic review processes.

@TeamYouTube My channel got terminated because I translated 3 videos of @Jon4Lakers on my channel. Except I did it with his agreement. I tried to explain the situation and share proof by sending an email to [email protected] It got denied.

@Jon4Lakers I should have seen that. Thank you. I just sent you an email. I have a problem with my @youtube channel (you will understand how you are connected to this in the email ;) ). I am kind of desperate and hope you can help. Let's see.

@Jon4Lakers hi Jon, what is the best way to reach out to you? A few years ago (2010) I translated some of your videos. Do you remember? I now have a @youtube problem I'd like to explain. Maybe you can help.
