@CA_EDD How about help with collecting my unemployment benefits which have been pending for almost 2 months. I have no idea why and I can't reach a human to give me answers. This is my first time collecting UI and I am relying on these funds!

@CA_EDD My unemployments payments have been "pending for almost 2 months and I can't reach anyone to tell me why? I just get told to try again later and get disconnected. Can EDD join some kind of department to improve its unemployment benefit payout system??

@CA_EDD @CA_EDD Perhaps if there was a way to reach a human at EDD people would not be so desperate as to fall for social media scams. Whay are we no longer allowed to hold to reach someone? Now we just get told to try again later and get disconnected. How are we supposed to get help???

@PearsonSupport just paid $200 for a new textbook bc of the access code and it doesn't work. I can only seem to reach a virtual assistant which hasn't helped. I just sent you a direct message with my info. Please help ASAP!
