Max Kepler is the only player since at least 1961 to homer in five-straight plate appearances against the same pitcher in the same season, doing so against Trevor Bauer in 2019. His three-home run game against Bauer on June 6 snapped an 0-for-21 skid. In the Expansion Era (since 1961), Frank Howard and Carlos Delgado have homered in five-straight at-bats against the same pitcher across two seasons. EDIT: Some sources at the time cited Kepler as being the only player to accomplish this feat EVER, whereas other sources specified since at least 1961 (Expansion Era).
