Exactly. #CharlieKirk was good precisely because he was unwavering about having open dialogue with people. It did not matter whether you agreed or disagreed (& I often disagreed). To me, this is a tragedy of cowardice vs courage. Be courageous.

I had a business a long time ago. 11 months face first into Bankruptcy & 1.5 years living in my car (voluntarily). I didn't think I would ever try again. It was too humiliating. Now... well, surprisingly, I learned things I didn't appreciate until now. Better late than never...

I spent so much time not creating a problems and solutions list that once I started doing it, I felt silly. It was so obviously the right thing to do that even doing it poorly moved me closer to where I wanted to be than thinking and mulling over it.

I spent a lot of time reading & doing “research” on how to learn skills for a business or starting a business. What I learned both through hearing it and also through firsthand experience is that you learn more by doing. Exponentially more. Just do the thing.

Being terrified to start something new is overwhelming but exciting. The rush of learning new things and reading about the things you need to do is amazing, but actually doing the thing is amazing. Watching it work, or not, is so rewarding.
