@Type1_to_D1 @WestsideKeto When we got rid of the grain, starch, sugar and sweetfruits and meals were predominantly PRO foods, fibrous veg and nuts, we hit the Bernstein secret weapon. Regular insulin. Regular is to insulin as low carb is to food - together they are a potent combo to get the flat line.

I can’t stop posting. This flat line is unreal. Is it too healthy??? My body is used to at least 1 roller coaster ride Per day! Ha. Will continue updating what works/what doesn’t. Would love to hear y’alls thoughts and what has/does work for you! We’re all a little different.

3 Hrs post meal, BG-109 Highest it reached was -121. For all of this I did a total of .8 units based on my carb ratio. It’s all a matter of fine tuning, and doing what works for U. Be thorough, be methodical, figure it out. It’s a manageable disease. Don’t think otherwise.

850 cal 61g Fat 9g Carb 64g Protein It’s not 0 carbs for breakfast (yet) but significantly upped the protein/fats! This is a lot for me even at my size as I’m used to no breakfast or an avocado/coffee! Pre meal/FAST BG 98 Here we go! @WestsideKeto @DikemanDave
