@DTE_Energy This is the 5th time this year, 3rd time in 3 months, that our power has gone out for no reason. Numerous complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Clearly there is a consistent problem that you are unwilling to fix.

@jimmyjohns Lost another customer. Waited 45 minutes for delivery and food was wrong. Contacted store, who was aware of the incorrect order when I called, and they were not able to resolve without waiting on hold for even longer... Talk about poor customer service.
