What Graham doesn't know is that Puerto Rico will become a Republican State, or at least a Battleground State. In the Florida elections, 55% of Puerto Ricans voted for Republican Ron DeSantis. And non-voting member of Congress from Puerto Rico is also a Republican. @GrahamBlog
