48% of people couldn't tell Griffin from a real human on a live video call. Previous systems: under 3%. That's what the first Human Interaction Model from @tavus looks like.

ok so Tavus gave me early access to Griffin and i hopped on a video call with it while running a fever first thing i say is i'm kinda sick. she goes "oh no kai, a fever is the worst" and asks if i took anything then i ask if she watched "the last of us" and the answer "the last

At 31 he put $100 million of his own money into a rocket company he gave less than a 10% chance, and told Sam Altman why: "If people don't work on it, technology actually will decline." His name is Elon Musk. He said he expected to lose everything. He did it anyway. By 2008 the money was almost gone. Three Falcon 1 launches had failed. The fourth reached orbit. He said this in 2016, at 45, ten years ago. Sam Altman asked where the fearlessness comes from. Elon said he feels fear quite strongly, and you would have to have something mentally wrong if you felt none. His proof that progress can stop: in 1969 we flew to the Moon, then the Space Shuttle reached only low Earth orbit and was retired. Egypt forgot how to read its own hieroglyphics. Rome forgot how to make aqueducts. His answer to fear was to accept the odds. He thought the same about Tesla. 0:33 - why rockets got worse after the Moon landing 1:03 - how Egypt and Rome forgot their own technology 2:02 - Elon on fear and why he started with 10% odds I always thought technology just improves every year. Elon says it only moves while someone pushes it. save & watch before you scroll on Would you put $100 million into something you gave a 10% chance?

A quant developer for a Cyprus binary broker leaked the company math model after getting fired on Tuesday. Management wanted him to hardcode an execution delay into accounts. He refused, left, and posted their internal playbook the next morning. Brokers pull about $6,000,000 a week on this setup. They carry zero inventory risk. The payout structure does the work. You put up $100. If the candle closes your way, you get $80. If it closes against you, you lose the full 100$ a 60-second chart, price direction is random noise. The math looks like this: EV = (0.50 * 80) - (0.50 * 100) = -$10 The platform takes 10% on every single trade. European roulette tables take 2.7%. To break even, a user needs to win 55.6% of the time ($100 / 180). Nobody holds a 56% win rate against market noise across 1,000 trades. The law of large numbers wipes out the account. The platform also pushes doubling down on losses. With an 80% payout, standard 2x martingale fails to recover previous losses. Seven straight red trades burn $1,270. The broker operates as a pure B-book. Trades never reach an external exchange. Client losses go straight to company revenue. Working Note on Synthetic Derivative Distribution, No. 08, September 2026.
