@cineworld how you just charging people's credit cards when they have just assisted a friend who's one of your unlimited customers to pay a missed payment? This is appalling! When submitting details through missed payment, you SHOULD NOT be storing! Not happy at all.

After all the money I spend with @UberEats they've shown that they do not care for loyalty or customer resolution. I have £7 left on a giftcard to use with them. Once I have done so, I will no longer be using there services. I will be supporting @Deliveroo & @JustEatUK

So @UberEats is satisfied with drivers taking orders and customers not receiving what they have paid for. Appalling especially when they would be recuperating the loss with another order via their own giftcard which is how I paid.

@UberEats it is unacceptable for your agents to provide automated responses instead of resolving the issues that occur!

@UberEats horrendous what they allow their drivers to get away with! Appalling that customers pay for food that goes missing!

@cineworld what is going on with your systems today? Infuriating that the 'something has gone wrong' has been going on since this morning. I'm Unlimited customer, I expect so much better!

Appalled with the delivery & customer service by @JustEatUK for the nondelivery of my order that I placed over 3 hours ago. The delivery was active until an hour ago when the order decided to state delivered - how is that possible when my code was not inputted???
