@TyyTyra I was just wondering why don’t you RT instead of copying and pasting. It makes it look like you’re the one who came up with it.
@TyyTyra You should just RT instead of copying and pasting.
@TyyTyra Why you be tweeting what other people be tweeting?

@davvydmoore @Christochris754 Hi everyone! Follow us for a follow-back and an opportunity to win a free t-shirt from our brand.
This brand & movement was birthed out of the cornonavirus pandemic and the brutal murder of Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, and so many others.
UNLEARNING is about transformative change and development. We must learn new concepts and modify our lifestyles, but we must also must “unlearn” HARMFUL unconscious beliefs, assumptions, practices, and values.
What we already know may be what prevents us from knowing more.
Unlearning is understanding the effect previous experiences and old habits have on decision making. Unlearning addresses a crucial difference between knowing & understanding—and allows for a deeper level of learning,
Unpacking is peeling away complex layers of trauma to understand the root cause of that trauma. This takes vulnerability, time, dedication, and courage. A product of unpacking is healing.
This movement is for people who have been exposed to generational trauma and practices that have become burdensome & you are ready for a mindset and lifestyle change.
It’s been a long time coming.
