Seems like a distressed chapter is like a bus route that only runs twice a day and has no ridership. You have to shore up service or change the model to rebuild participation. (Not what @MDorseyCSI said; my opinion.) #csileader

Chapters in distress will need more than the #dynamicchapter program can give, and a transformation advocate can perhaps help. It may take more than one round of the new program. A #csileader may suffer #FOMO and get inspired to jump in.

Chapters have first chance to do #dynamicchapter programs; they need at least one #csileader to participate, watch vids, join Q&A sessions, do homework, & implement plans. Going for big impact.
