Seen lots of anecdotes of people being unable to order tests because they've "already been ordered" for their address. If this is because you live in an apartment, I've heard you can bypass the problem by putting your apartment # on the 1st line, and street address on the 2nd
have also heard of people having success after putting their apartment # in the same line as their street address, and/or using their extended zip-code
@VaccineJo @egculbertson Any thoughts on how to order for college kids in dorms? They get blocked as a business address and it doesn't matter if you put the mailbox number or street address first.
