Don't call it "mail-in" voting bcse people confuse with absentee voting, wh is good if states pass strict ID laws. Problem is "mail-out" ballots. 8 states mail out ballots to all on voter registration list. 7 controlled by Dems. Utah, only Rep state, updates voter rolls daily.

Why doesn't Rep. Sen. leader John Thune have more balls? Keep Senate in session until all nominees confirmed. Is that too difficult? Republicans confirmed Biden's executive nominees. Only stalled judges in 2024 after Biden lost and tried to pack courts.
