So, let me get this straight. Charlie's security team wore matching shoes that have static-dissipative soles and then changed out of their clothes into hospital scrubs even though most had no blood on them. The US military and DOD contractor facilities that handle explosive devices routinely require this type of shoe wear at these facilities. It sure seems like Charlie's team was protecting against an explosive and then tried to hide any residue by changing clothes.
