@Ambidextro16141 @smarshxo AJB just turned 29, btw. For some reason people think he's like 32.

@sharklit25 @Patriots Downs is undoubtedly a great WR, but Pop Douglas arguably has equal chemistry with Maye at this point of their careers, so it's hard to tip the scale with that. You have to admit that he's been showing up big in the games this season.

@Savageboston @JoshTaylorFB Random thought... it might only be worth it to move on from Pop if Drake would be willing to deduct Josh's future extension from his own. It doesn't look like he's that much better than Douglas right now, and Pop has also shown a great chemistry with Maye this year.

@Elliott_snz I know their past chemistry makes acquiring Downs tempting, but we can't act like Pop (who'd be the sacrifice here) hasn't built a great connection with Maye in his own right. Idk if it's enough of an upgrade to justify moving on from Pop, when he's been playing so well lately.

@BostonCream I highly doubt he rode out his career so far with the Raiders just to leave them now, when things are finally looking up.

OLB Jose Ramirez with NE this year: 9/1: Signed to the PS. 9/23: Elevated to the 53 for 2 games (Jags/Bills), mostly on special teams. 10/6: Waived. Clears and is back on the PS 2 days later. 10/13: Released to make room for OL + depth moves. 10/26: Re-signed to the PS for depth.

Mike Vrabel on the team's run game just now: "Like anything else we do; sometimes it looks okay, sometimes it looks not good enough, [and] sometimes it's inconsistent. There's times we['ve] had some good runs... and sometimes where it didn't look very good at all."

@FitzyGFY How would acquiring yet another depth WR take precedence over an LB who can help us stop the run? That's a much greater structural flaw in my books. We're really losing games to sacks and opposing rushers, our receivers have been pretty okay.

@JusMe___ Between me and you, I'll take you seriously injuring yourself over Drake seriously injuring himself any day of the week 😅

My predictions for TNF: 31-24 or 31-27, Pats (I really can't help myself). NE: 2 WR TDs, 2 TE TDs, 1 FG. CHI: 2 WR TDs, 1 RTD, maybe 1 FG.

@MLFootball It's not just a "team event," it was a charity ping-pong tournament that Henry arranged for the International Justice Mission. He did one last year, too. He raised over $220k this year.

@LosTalksPats You'd really rather get a younger developmental player than an older rental veteran, but nobody throws away a decent lineman on his rookie contract. Might not have many other choices.

@msully5433 The department did confirm that the group of officers involved was multi-racial. It doesn't excuse their behavior in the slightest, but it doesn't prove that all of the justice system is "systemically racist," more of an individual moral failure. They are being held accountable.
