@monicabyrne13 Okay, just a heads up, I'm pretty drunk, but my response is that when that occurs, that's when the poop that would've been becomes shitty ideas and/or actions.

@Nnedi Ever since learning that birds see ultraviolet wavelengths, I wonder how this one would appear to them

@OtherJaneAdams Did your friend and the individual have a roommate agreement? If so that is legally binding in California. Ultimately any fees incurred by the early termination are the current tenants' responsibility, not yours. Especially considering you're out the money you put down already.

@OtherJaneAdams Does your friend have a copy of the lease agreement? If so see if it contains an early termination clause. If not, then did the vacating tenant work something out with the landlord, and did they get it in writing?

@just_ashlea @monicabyrne13 It's also a book. Haven't gotten around to watching the show yet, so not sure how the character may deviate from the book.

@OtherJaneAdams When I have trouble sleeping, I turn on music for meditation, set it so it's faintly audible, and then deep breathing. I try to keep my mind blank and just focus on breathing

@monicabyrne13 This would've been extremely helpful at Thanksgiving. Eggs looked like a planetoid that had been bombarded with asteroids. Not a big deal if making egg salad, kinda big deal though if you're making deviled eggs.
