@VueHelp Not great thought when you attend a subtitled screening to find out once seated that the ‘key’ needed to unlock the subtitles hasn’t been sent over! My fathers birthday night out was ruined! 😤

@VueHelp I just spent the past 40mins watching a film in your Dagenham venue with the lights on! After the staff were told repeatedly to sort it out after the lights turned on during the film

@VueHelp Hi there I was wondering if there’s an error for the film schedule “ scary stories to tell in the dark “. Monday 26th Aug at Vue Finchley o2 Centre 5:45pm-6:10pm . Only 25 min film ? Isn’t that strange ? Please let me know .

@VueHelp Why was I charged £6.74 each then when the adverts say it would be less? Not impressed especially considering the state of the screen I'm currently sat in.
