@VueHelp My gift card was extended in December. I've tried to use the cards and they are not recognised, no answer on phone, no response to emails, ridiculous, how am I supposed to use the gifts cards or are you happy to steal my money

@VueHelp No they are not. I booked and paid for tickets yesterday and on arrival, found the doors locked and notices of closure. I received no notification via email or refund.
