Initial calculations bring this September into the 5ht warmest spot in Grand Forks and the 8th warmest spot in Fargo. The last two Septembers (2024 & 2023) take the cake for top spots.

For most, it was another warm day today, though not quite as hot as yesterday. In both Fargo & Grand Forks, our low temps today were closer to our average highs. For tomorrow, look for partly cloudy skies, blustery winds, & yet more warm temps. #ndwx #mnwx

It's been a toasty day across much of the area. Though not record breaking (aside from Sisseton), we were riding 20-25° warmer than average for September 29th. Toasty highs in the 80s continue thru Friday before cooler days return this weekend. #ndwx #mnwx

A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for northern MN until 11am. Some fog is possible further to the west toward the RRV too, but it looks to be most widespread & densest in the gray shaded areas here. Slow down & use your low beams if you're driving tonight/Monday AM! #mnwx

Event rain totals we've seen so far are ranging from under 0.50", especially further to the north & northeast, to upwards of 2.50+" in areas like Milnor, ND & Wyndmere, ND. Here in the FM metro, rain totals so far are mostly around 0.75"-1.00" #ndwx #mnwx
