Don't you just love it when your @edfenergy smart meter decides to "run out of credit/ emergency credit" and cut your power off even though you're on a monthly tariff. Nice and cold for me this morning

@edfenergy I tried ringing but was told my tariff is online only and to go through my account instead so I sent a WhatsApp over an hour ago instead

One of the best comedy gigs I've been to in a long time, @TheNewsAtGlenn is definitely worth seeing if there's tickets available

Going to see @TheNewsAtGlenn as part of my birthday celebrations tonight at the Lowry and somehow ended up on the table next to him in a restaurant. Of course my socially awkward ass just kept quiet rather than at least saying hello

@SamsungHelpUK Hey! Just got my new #S22Ultra in the post and trying to claim the free earbuds. Claim form is telling me my purchase date is ineligible even though the terms say it is. Is there an issue with the claims at the moment? (GB)

@virginmedia My internet went down yesterday and when I went through the troubleshooter I advised to (and booked) a technician to arrive today. Later on that day I got a text saying the visit was on hold due to the issue being a wider service issue in my area which was then(cont)

@ModernMilkman_ Didn't get a delivery on Monday due to the weather which is fine but was expecting my normal delivery to be doubled up today to make up for it as I'd already paid for that missed delivery. Do you already have something planned to refund customers?

@AskPS_UK Hi! I'm having issues with artifacting and random green squares appearing in all games on my PS5. Its been this way since i got it at launch but has gotten way worse recently, I've tried your fix and replace self service but it tells me it cant help. What can i do now?

@sy4_mo @AskPS_UK I just went through their support line and they arranged it there. Annoyingly I got it back with some spiel about "extensively" testing and can't find the issue. Re-installed the games I had highlighted and the issue is immediately visible. Not a happy customer atm
