Yay! @smallbiz DC FY 2022 budget reinstates funds for business incentive pilot (BIP), the 2nd of 2 (standalone public restroom pilot is in process). Under BIP, a BID identifies 30 businesses spread out thru boundaries to receive incentive to open their restrooms to the public

We know it’s been challenging for our seniors to register online for COVID-19 vaccination appts, so our team has been helping register Ward 1 seniors each time appts have opened up. If you know a Ward 1 senior who needs help registering or if you’d like to help out, let us know!

Agree with Way Home DC. This is more than unfathomable. The DC government has indicated that they expect homelessness in DC to INCREASE by 30-40%. If anything the DC Govt. should be increasing funding.

Thrilled that yesterday @MeyerFoundation award $25,000 to PFFC. Funds are to help PFFC strengthen its work in outreach & peer mentoring, allowing PFFC to grow its membership, strengthen advocacy efforts to end housing instability in DC; & increase voice of unhoused in process.
