WTF.US @WatonFinancial

Tony Zhou, WTF Chairman & CTO. "Institutional capital gets faster data, deeper analysis, entire teams. The individual gets a brokerage app and a risk-tolerance questionnaire. That's not a market. That's a rigged game." MoTA exists to rebalance it. $WTF #Waton

Build Your Team You don't get assigned an advisor on MoTA. You assemble a team. Agent Talents Market — live since June — lets third-party devs list specialized AI agents. Retirement planning. ESG screening. Tax-loss harvesting. HK small-cap scouting. $WTF #AgentEconomy

Institutional vs retail was never about intelligence. It was about throughput. A hedge fund runs 3 analysts + risk + trader + Bloomberg terminals. A ProC investor does all of that alone, after work, on a laptop. MoTA close gap. One person. A team of AI agents $WTF #ProC #FinTech

MoTA Is Live ! MoTA launched in June. No hype. No stage event. Just live. 11 AI agents. Research, risk, allocation, advisory — running as a coordinated team. The same architecture hedge funds have used for years. Now available to individual investors. $WTF #MoTA #AIAgents

"Good advice is expensive." That was true when "good advice" meant a CFA + a Bloomberg terminal. It's not true anymore. An AI agent doesn't get tired. Doesn't have a minimum AUM. Doesn't push the highest-commission fund. Waton is betting that changes everything. #AIAgents #DemocratizeFinance #Waton

MoTA public beta lands Q3 2026. What's shipping: · Onboarding tools for new investors · Personalized US + HK equity portfolio analysis · Goal-based planning What's next: HNW services, digital asset allocation, deeper brokerage hooks. The wait is almost over. #MoTA #ComingSoon #Q32026

Global robo-advisory assets on track for ~$72B by 2030. Growing ~30% annually. But the products? Nearly identical. Passive ETF baskets. Light personalization. Flat user satisfaction. ⭕️MoTA is betting there's demand for something that actually works harder than a risk-tolerance slider. #RoboAdvisory #AIAgents #MoTA

Waton went public on Nasdaq April 2025 at $4.00. Today: ~$29.88M combined cash + segregated cash. ~$28.08M net cash. Translation: Enough runway to push MoTA through public beta and into advisory rollout. No fundraising scramble. #WTF #NASDAQ #FinTech

Most fintech apps: blue, white, "this is complicated, leave it to the pros." MoTA: neon green pixel art, CRT scan lines, Game Boy fonts. Tony Zhou: "You don't need a finance degree to play a video game. You shouldn't need one to manage your money." The UI IS the strategy. Intimidation kills participation. #DesignStrategy #FinTech #MoTA

MoTA just launched something weird for a fintech product: a marketplace. Third-party devs can build and list their own AI agents. Retirement specialist. ESG screener. Tax-loss harvester. Whatever the community dreams up. Your advisory team isn't capped at 1 or 2 humans anymore. You assemble the squad. #AgentEconomy #MoTA #WTF

MoTA doesn't use ONE AI model to spit out advice. It runs a TEAM of specialized agents: ✔️Research agent — fundamentals + technicals ⚠️ Risk agent — position sizing + correlation ✏️Allocation agent — maps to YOUR goals ⭕️Advisory agent — explains the WHY Hedge funds ran this playbook for years. MoTA puts it in your pocket. #AIAgents #Waton #NASDAQ

1.2%. That's the average annual fee a human financial advisor charges. On a $500K portfolio, that's $6,000 a year — before they've done much of anything. For anyone with less? A questionnaire and an ETF basket they call "personalized." MoTA is built to break that model. #Waton #MoTA #FinTech

MoTA’s real opportunity is to prepare the market for a new investing workflow. Not one AI. Not one answer. Not one black box. The stronger story is structured human-AI collaboration — and if MoTA delivers there, it may define a more serious path for the category. #MoTA #WTFUS #WatonFinancial #WTFUS
